Are there rules regarding frequent trading on an account?

Answer:

Each Fund restricts excessive trading by limiting the number of "round trip" transactions a shareholder may make, please refer to Trading Limits section of the prospectus for details. Each Fund reserves the right to:

  • Refuse any purchase or exchange request that could adversely affect the Fund or its operations, including those from any individual or group who, in the Fund's view, are likely to engage in excessive trading.
  • Change or discontinue its exchange privilege, or temporarily suspend this privilege during unusual market conditions.
  • Delay sending out redemption proceeds for up to seven days (generally applies only in cases of very large redemptions, excessive trading or during unusual market conditions).

    • Transactions of $1,000 or more on accounts where the address has been changed within
      last 30 days.
    • Requests to send proceeds to a payee or address that differs from what is on record.
Are check writing privileges available?

Be sure to read the current prospectus on any Fund you are exchanging into. Any new account established through an exchange will have the same privileges as your original account, as long as those same privileges are available.
